Our property features a full commercial kitchen outfitted with professional cooking equipment, supplies, and pantry staples. We partner with a group of wonderful local cooks to cater up to three meals a day for groups. We work with each group to customize menus, and can accommodate a wide range of tastes, price points, and special diets.
Our kitchen can also be rented by Ajo residents and guests interested in preparing food for events and farmers' markets; creating value-added food products; and hosting cooking workshops, retreats, and demonstrations. Families love renting the kitchen for reunions to prepare meals together.
